  1. Service Eligibility: There are no age restrictions for using our food delivery services.

  2. Order Acceptance: Delivery areas are determined by each venue. Orders may be rejected via phone call if the delivery address falls outside the designated area. Orders can be canceled or modified by calling us, provided the dishes have not yet been cooked.

  3. Modifications and Cancellations: Customers may request changes or cancellations through a phone call unless food preparation has already started.


Privacy Policy

Data Collection: We collect the following customer data:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • Order history

Third-Party Services: We use a third-party payment processor to handle transactions.

Data Storage: All customer data is stored in a secured database to protect against unauthorized access.

Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are available for issues such as:

    • Wrong items delivered
    • Poor food quality
    • Delivery issues
  2. Proof Requirements: Customers must provide photo or video evidence to support refund claims.

  3. Refund Timeframe: Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of order delivery.

  4. Partial Refunds: We offer partial refunds, covering only the items with issues.


Terms of Delivery

  1. Delivery Area: We deliver throughout Batumi. Some venues may deliver beyond Batumi, but orders can be canceled via phone if the delivery address is out of reach.

  2. Order Confirmation: If a customer does not answer phone calls related to their order, the venue may reject the order.

  3. Delivery Time:

    • Maximum delivery time within Batumi: 1 hour
    • Maximum delivery time within 10 km from Batumi center: 1.5 hours
  4. Minimum Order Amount: Each venue specifies its own minimum order amount. The system will not process orders below this threshold.

  5. Handling Delays: If delivery is delayed, an operator will contact the customer. For delays exceeding the maximum delivery time, the venue may offer a delivery discount.
